DELIVERY CHARGES
3. We deliver products only to UK Mainland (England, Wales and parts of Scotland excluding the Highlands and Islands) through Parcelforce. If you would like to order from any other regions, please contact us first.
4. Our delivery charges are as follows:
Standard 1-3 business day delivery for orders over £ 30 - Free*
Standard 1-3 business day delivery for orders under £ 30 - £ 3.95
Express 24 Hours delivery – £ 5.75
Express 10 AM delivery - £ 8.50
Express 9 AM delivery - £ 10.95
Express Next Day Delivery for chilled and frozen products- £ 7.95
5. The free delivery for orders over £30 is subject to a gross product weight of 30kg including the packaging (Please allow 3kg for packaging). Therefore, the net product weight should not be more than 27 kg. If the net weight is more than 27kg, the excess weight is subject to a delivery charge of £3.99.
6. Orders placed after 12 noon will be despatched only on the next working day.
7. Please note that all chilled and frozen products ordered are excluded from the free delivery.
All orders containing chilled and frozen food items are despatched Monday-Wednesday. The deadline for ordering chilled and frozen food items is 12 noon Wednesdays. Any orders placed after this time will be despatched the following Monday.
8. All orders containing fresh vegetables are despatched every Wednesday p.m.
The deadline for ordering fresh vegetables is 12:00 noon Wednesdays. Any orders for fresh vegetables placed after this time will be despatched the following Wednesday with the rest of your order.
RETURNS
9. If you are not happy with any products, you can return the item to us as long as it is unopened and in original condition and we will refund the money excluding the delivery charges, however you are responsible for the return postage of the item.
